At Weber’s trade show exhibit, visitors can discover a high-performing, highly-automated solution consisting of a Weber wePICK double picker and the high-performance thermoforming packaging machine Weber wePACK 7000 for transporting, inserting and packing a variety of products. Thanks to the wePICK picking robot, products are placed in the packaging efficiently, precisely and safely, even at the highest output levels, which contributes to a more hygienic production environment and minimizes personnel requirements. When it comes to packaging design, the wePACK 7000 leaves nothing to be desired: the thermoformer is capable of processing all commonly used packaging materials.
The Weber automation concept for baked goods can be precisely customized for a wide range of products and applications such as semi-baked or pre-baked rolls and baguettes, sandwiches, ready meals and snack boxes, pizza or burgers. All this is made possible by a scalable automation and packaging portfolio and clever equipment features like individually adjustable product grippers. This gives producers of baked goods the greatest possible flexibility. The high-performance Weber solutions are particularly suited to high-volume production capacities, as the high-performing pick and place robots and the large capacity of the Weber thermoforming packaging machine allow for maximum output.
