We are pleased to announce that Weber Food Technology GmbH has been successfully converted into a societas Europaea (SE) and now operates as Weber Food Technology SE. The SE is a legal form that corresponds to a European company and reflects the reality of Weber as a global company on a growth path. In recent years, Weber has grown strongly and continuously – with new locations and additional employees around the world. With this expansion, the structure, organization and management of the company have also evolved. We are convinced that this development can be continued even more effectively under the new legal form of an SE.

This name change has no effect on the obligations and responsibilities of existing agreements. Our VAT number will also remain unchanged. It is only necessary to store and use the following information for our locations in Braunschweig, Breidenbach, Groß Nemerow, Neubrandenburg, Werther and Wolfertschwenden, with immediate effect:
