Peeling and loading aid for round, standardized premium products.
The compact but highly functional Weber peeling and loading aid supports line workers when manually peeling round products. The semi-automatic unit consisting of a peeler and loader enables the operators to peel, buffer and feed the products into the production line easily, ergonomically and quickly. The peeler, where products are placed and the peel is cut and removed manually, is used for this purpose. The products are then pushed onto a loading aid and buffered there before loading. Once the correct number of products have been peeled and positioned on the loader, it's lifted using a foot pedal so the products roll onto the slicer's infeed module and are ready to be automatically fed into the slicing process.
